CommandPost® was procured for the operational coordination for the FIFAe World Cup Grand Finals, the largest e-sports in the world.
The engagement established Command, Control, and Communications (C3) capability, providing structured oversight to coordinate tasking across contractors and delivery functions. This approach supported clear lines of responsibility, improved information flow between stakeholders, and ensured operational decisions were informed by a common, real-time operational picture throughout the event.
CommandPost® operated as the primary command solution, providing a unified operational view to oversee the event. The solution enabled real-time issue tracking, task allocation, and contractor management across health and safety, medical , security, production, communications, and general event operations. Integration with WhatsApp enabled collaboration with external resources while maintaining a single source of truth and defensible record.
The deployment of CommandPost® delivered improved situational awareness, increased operational efficiency, and faster issue resolution. Structured workflows strengthened contractor coordination and accountability, while reporting and post-event insights has informed future planning and capability development. This engagement demonstrates the solution’s scalability and multi-purpose value for complex operational environments where governance, accountability, and real-time decision support are essential.
